The claimant, Anambra Motor Manufacturing Co. Ltd is a private limited liability company with its registered office at Emene Industrial Layout Enugu. The defendant, Wilbahi Haulage Ltd is also a limited liability company with registered offices at No. 18, Adeola Hopewell Street, Victoria Island. The defendant brought in their three vehicles for servicing in its service workshop and after the claimant authorized the repairs, work was started on the vehicles and on completion; the defendant took delivery.
