Facts:

By an amended originating summons dated 1st of February, 2018 and filed on the 7th of February, 2018, the Plaintiffs sought answers to certain questions. On the questions being answered in favour of the Plaintiff, the court was urged to grant the reliefs sought. The Defendants’ in response filed a motion for the striking out of the Plaintiff’s application. They also filed counter affidavits to the Plain tiff’s application.
