This is an appeal in respect of a contract of service between the appellant and the respondent. The respondent is in the consumer service industry as a mobile telephone service provider. The appellant was a customer to the respondent. The appellant as plaintiff at the trial court took out a writ of summons against the respondent for breach of contract of service. In that the respondent, without any justification, blocked and disrupted the appellant’s telecommunication line despite the fact that the appellant’s account was still in credit.
At the conclusion of trial, the trial court dismissed the appellant’s case as lacking in merit. On appeal to the Court of Appeal, the appeal was dismissed and the trial court’s judgment upheld. Aggrieved by the decision of the court below, the appellant has appealed to this court.
