Facts:

The claimant granted a facility of N150,000,000.00 (One Hundred and Fifty Million
Naira) to the 1st defendant which was guaranteed by the 2nd defendant. When
the defendants defaulted in repayment of the facility, the claimant filed a suit at
the High Court of Lagos State via the summary judgment procedure otherwise
known as Order 11. The claimant, apart from the overdraft facility sum, also
claimed pre-judgment and post judgment interest and the legal cost of the suit.
The processes were duly served on the defendants who filed separate preliminary
objections which were subsequently dismissed by the court. The defendants
failed to file any defence.
