Facts:

The germane facts giving rise to the instant appeal arose from an application by the appellant before the Lower Court seeking to join D’AMICO Tankers Ltd. and D’AMICO Tankers as necessary parties to the suit between General Shipping and Trading Services Ltd as plaintiffs and D’ Amico Shipping Italia SPA. The Court heard the application as aforesaid, and on the 7th of July, 2017 delivered the vexed ruling now subject of this appeal, refusing the application.

Dissatisfied, the appellant filed an interlocutory appeal against the ruling of the lower court.
