Facts:

This compilation contains only the general indexing of the digest of cases reported through the months of January to December 2012 and because of our style of employing affirmative statements in the head notes to quote the ratios, we have been able to bring the researcher closer to locating in quick time the actual decisions that are being sought which no doubt would enhance research and save time. It also contains a compilation of cases, statutes and other legislations cited in the cases reported through the months of January to December 2012.
