Facts:
By a motion on notice, the Appellant sought before this Court for an Order extending the time within which the Appellant/Applicant may apply for leave to appeal the Interlocutory decision of the Lagos State High Court (trial court), among other prayers. The Appellant premised its prayers on the inadvertence of counsel, and urged the court to grant its application on the fact that the proposed Notice of Appeal raises jurisdictional issues which are pivotal to the determination of the appeal. The Respondents filed their Counter Affidavit, contending that the applicant’s reason for the delay is not a substantial reason for the application to be granted. He added that the grounds of appeal do not prima show good cause why the appeal should be heard.
