Facts:

The Claimant commenced this action against the Defendants on the grounds that his employment was wrongfully terminated by the Defendants. The case of the Claimant is that he was a former employee of the 1st and 2nd Defendants and also the pioneer staff as Operator and mechanic of the excavator; as well as the handy man/foot soldier of the 1st Defendant. The Claimant alleged that in spite of his sacrifices and selfless contributions to the establishment and growth of the 1st and 2nd Defendants’ business, the Defendants kept the Claimant at a monthly stipend while they continue paying half sum contrary to what was agreed, with an unending promise to pay the difference in a bulk payment which the Defendants never did until the purported termination of the Claimant’s employment. The Claimant went on to state that after working with the Defendants for a period of 9 years, the Defendants has refused to pay part of his salaries and allowances.
