Description

The appellants were tenants of the 1st and 2nd respondents at their properties located at Gudu District, Apo, Abuja. These are properties held in trust for the contributors of the National Pension Fund under the Nigerian Social Insurance Trust Fund Act, Cap. N88, LFN, 2004. There was no tenancy or lease agreement between the appellants and the respondents because the appellants did not execute the tenancy agreement forwarded to them by the respondents. However, a tenancy relationship existed between them.
